By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LinkLeap provides marketing consulting, digital marketing services, web design, software development, and business consulting. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees applicable to your engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary assets, and any required access credentials (e.g., ad accounts, CMS). Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Payment terms, fees, and invoicing schedules are specified in your individual Service Agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing them, you grant us a license to use them solely to deliver your services.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (e.g., website code, designs, content) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkLeap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 3-month period.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in your Service Agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees owed for work completed to date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
